REQUIRED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE READ
Maintenance fees and Property taxes must be
current through the dates requested. Requests accepted up to 24 months in
advance. Additional payment of the current year's fee is required when
requesting into the next year. Bonus Time requests accepted 30 days in
advance. All reservations are on the first come first serve basis. Failure to
make a timely request will result in the limited availability and may result in no week
assignment for the current year. There is no carry over of the weeks into the next
year. Space banking of assigned weeks is the owners responsibility unless indicated
otherwise below**.
Call 72 hours prior to your check in date to
reconfirm your arrival and make arrangements to get your key if the office is
closed. Only the owner of this reservation request / confirmation will be allowed to
check in on the date reserved unless said owner has notified our office and made other
arrangements prior to check in. Reservation changes require a $ 15.00 charge and
must be made no less than 30 days prior to the check in. Saturday check in 4:00pm /
Saturday check out 10:00am. Please contact us if you have any questions or need
